As an ACCESSORIES store, we have a strict refund policy to ensure there is no misuse of the services offered. Upon the reviewal of the proof provided by the customer, the refund will be initiated subject to the following terms and conditions:

2. Customers should take and produce the opening video of Parcel for any claims.
3. Customers are advised to check product quality, real pics, video, Delivery time etc before placing any orders. Refund, Exchange or Cancellation will not be initiated without any product defect, wrong product, or complete change in design. If Unsatisfied with the quality customer need to inform the seller on WhatsApp (+91756756 1985) and ship it on their own expense within 5-7 Days & As soon as the package is received by the seller, the refund amount after deducting any COD and shipping charges will be processed and payment will be returned in buyer's account within 3 working days.
4. Any Advance paid for COD orders will not be refunded or adjusted in any circumstances. We pay these charges to the Shipping/Courier company for Delivery and COD service.
5. For COD and Semi-COD orders: Customer has to Pay COD and Shipping charges (To and From) incase of return, exchange, order rejection, cancellation, Non-Availability, Incorrect customer details (Address, Contact detail), eor any other circumstances.
6. For Pre-Paid orders: Customer has to Pay Shipping charges (To and From) incae of return, exchange, order rejection, cancellation, Non-Availability, Incorrect customer details (Address, Contact detail) or any other circumstances.
7. Refunds will be processed only for products that are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging along with the attached tags. Refunds for perfume will only be initiated after through check of packing and properly sealed.
8. All International orders are Pre-Paid only. No Exchange, Return or Refund applicable for International orders.
